In-house judgment. No agency overhead.

I was one of the first twenty people at three companies that all exited, and at each one my job was building the team. I have personally closed more than 500 hires.

Now I do that for founders who need an in-house head of people but cannot justify one full time yet. I sit inside the building, not across a table from it: your ATS, your email, your standups, your offer conversations.

I work with founder-led technology companies making their first ten to fifty hires. Austin and Bay Area networks run deepest, and most of my teams are distributed.

The name

Where Tiny Warrior comes from

My daughter was born with terminal brain cancer. Five hospitals told me she would not make it.

I did the only thing I know how to do. I researched, I mapped the field, I called everyone, and I did not stop. The same work I do for founders every day, turned on the hardest search of my life.

I found the world leading pediatric neuro-oncologist. He helped save her.

She is seven now. Second grade, and thriving. She is the tiny warrior this company is named for.

That is the standard I hold for every search. Keep going until the right person is found.
